New York City has been cleared by global health experts to enter Phase Four of reopening without any additional indoor activity, such as malls and cultural institutions. Governor Cuomo has also partnered with New Jersey Governor Murphy and Connecticut Governor Lamont to create a joint travel advisory for individuals traveling from states with significant community spread of COVID-19, requiring a quarantine for 14 days when visiting their states.
Guidelines for gatherings in NY as of July 17, 2020:
Are only permitted if 10 or fewer people are in attendance in Phase One regions, 25 or fewer people are in attendance in Phases Two and Three regions, and 50 or fewer people are in attendance in Phase Four regions.
